American Political Science Association - Founded in 1903, the American Political Science Association (APSA) is the leading professional organization for the study of political science and serves more than 11,000 members in more than 100 countries. With a range of programs and services for individuals, departments, and institutions, APSA brings together political scientists from all fields of inquiry, regions, and occupational endeavors within and outside academe to deepen our understanding of politics, democracy, and citizenship throughout the world. American Society for Public Administration - A membership association of almost 10,000 professionals in the United States sponsoring conferences and providing professional services primarily to those who study the implementation of government policy, public administration, and programs of civil society. American Society for Public Administration (South Florida Chapter) - The South Florida chapter is the professional home for more than 9,000 public administration practitioners, academics and students consisting of 171 members strong and growing. Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management - The Association for Public Policy Analysis and Managerment (APPAM) is dedicated to improving public policy and management by fostering excellence in research, analysis, and education. APPAM has grown to approximately 2,500 individual members, 100 institutional members, five full-time staff, and an annual operating budget of $1.3 million.
